HAUNTED HOUSE COMPETITION -
TEA@UCSD hosted their first annual Haunted House Competition this year. Of course, TEA@SDSU had to participate! The project placed 3rd overall, completing against schools from across the nation!
The team created a haunted hotel concept. Guests travel from floor to floor, each floor signifying a section of hell, inspired by Dante's Inferno.
They travel deeper into the hotel, hoping to escape. But at the end, you discover that the whole event was just a welcome party... for you!
The Battle of Yavin - A Star Wars Themed Roller Coaster
This is a Star Wars themed roller coaster designed completely from scratch. It was created using Nolimits Roller Coaster Simulation and Final Cut Pro; complete with special effects, CGI and amazing sound effects.
3D Model of a Roller Coaster Wheel Assembly
This 3D model was created in Solidworks, complete with side friction, upstop, and road wheels. Each part was made from scratch and then assembled within the program.
Beachside Studio: Interior Design
Inspired by a run down building by the beach, this interior design project is a dream renovation. This one bedroom, open concept studio is meant to capture the beauty and simplicity of the beach. Created in Live Interior 3D.
